refunds & exchange policy

Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of personal care and wellness products, some items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Items should be returned in original packaging when possible

Due to the nature of personal care products, opened or used items may not be eligible for return. However, if something arrived damaged, defective, or otherwise not right, we encourage you to contact us so we can help find a solution.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Heavily used or intentionally damaged products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Promotional or clearance items

  • Products marked non-returnable at checkout

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging when possible

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for processing after approval

  • Additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible items depending on product availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless:
